Mr. Miller has actively been in the real estate business for over 35 years.  A licensed real estate broker, Mike has accumulated a vast level of experience, not only in residential sales, but in commercial sales and leasing and real estate development.  Mr. Miller, after graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, went to work for Clark Wallace, most recently the Real Estate Commissioner for the State of California, who operated five real estate offices in Orinda, Moraga, Lafayette, Walnut Creek and San Ramon.  Mike worked  closely with Clark in his residential sales and development operation while successfully operating his own business as a Realtor for Wallace, Underwood & Scofield.  Mike was continually a top producer while still assisting Clark in his residential real estate development ventures.  Mike was Clark’s Sales and Marketing Director, which consisted of setting up the model homes and sales office, devising a marketing program, advertising campaign, sales staff supervision and contract negotiations for the new homes the company was constructing.  Wallace-Olson Associates, later Diablo Pacific Properties, built and sold over 250 homes in Contra Costa County while Mr. Miller was working for the company.

 

While Vice President at Wallace-Olson and Diablo Pacific, Mr. Miller was responsible for the entire range of the Sales and Marketing program, and was authorized with complete management of residential projects.  Mr. Miller’s projects were in Moraga, Walnut Creek, Alamo, and Danville.

 

Hacienda Real Estate, officially formed in 1988 is owned and operated by Mr. Miller. Hacienda Real Estate is a small full service real estate sales and  marketing  company.  Mr. Miller  has  also  provided consulting services to banks and various companies for their development and construction projects.  Mike has listed and sold over hundreds of  millions of dollars in real estate.  Mr. Miller is also a licensed general contractor in the State of California and can offer his clientele a unique prospective regarding repairs, improvements and corrective work as it relates to the sale or purchase of a home. Mike also has the unique ability to provide all home pre-market fix up and improvements at cost for his clients.

 

Mike utilizes his extensive experience to handle every detail of a purchase and provide for savings for his Sellers, so that they can minimize their expense in selling and maximize their bottom line.
